5. Payments

Where payment is required for a LoveToGo service, payments may be processed through Payfast by Network or another authorised payment provider.

Payments may be subject to the payment provider's own:

• Privacy policy;
• Security procedures;
• Transaction limits;
• Fraud-prevention procedures;
• Refund procedures; and
• Chargeback procedures.

LoveToGo does not store complete credit-card details submitted through the payment provider.

6. Payment Confirmation

A payment is considered received by LoveToGo once the applicable payment provider confirms the successful transaction.

A payment that is:

• Declined;
• Reversed;
• Cancelled;
• Refunded;
• Disputed; or
• Subject to a chargeback

may not be considered a completed payment.

LoveToGo reserves the right to suspend or withhold a paid service where payment has not been successfully completed.
